“ The food and service were fantastic. However it doesnt look like firehouse allows you to sample sauces anymore. This bums me out as it was my favorite thing about this chain. I discovered many amazing hot sauces through the sampling here, Please bring back the hot sauce samples! Also, prices are getting pretty gnarly but thats a consistent factor everywhere. ”

“ I have been going to this franchise for years maybe even decades at this point. The food is always what you expect from a Firehouse Subs, but what sets this place apart is the customer service when something goes awry as it sometimes does. I order my food special and forgot to check it before taking it home. Once home discovered it had stuff it should not have on it, returned a little frustrated and the person the counter apologized and offered to make a new one and even the manager came out to make sure I was satisfied. Although I was frustrated with the situation, I left here happy with my overall experience and have been back many times since knowing that if I have a problem, there is a good chance that it will be taken serious while being handled in a timely and professional manner. Kudos to this franchise for having good management in place! ”
“ Absolutely THE BEST firehouse in town!! We recently drove into town from boulder and ate at the one closest to us on sunsetmarks area which was AWFUL. They are lazy at that location when it comes to sandwiches, further more the quality and quantity doesnt even compare to this location!! Now THIS location on eastern, was fast and they can make some delicious sandwiches!! We took a chance by ordering via phone and once we received order, there was zero risk involved! Our sandwiches were up to our expectations and the service was outstanding! Great job guys, wed rather drive the extra 30 minutes to your location than settle for the closer firehouse. Thanks again! ”
